Jesper Krabbe.

I am a cook and have worked for 12 years in very high-level kitchens.

But my dream of coming back to where it all started has grown bigger over the last couple of years. I want to return to the West Jutland I come from and have grown up in. And I want to go back to where the food comes from, back to earth, the sea, the sky and the fire.

After being 5 years old at Henne Kirkeby Kro as a sous chef - and achieved 2 Michelin stars - I decided to jump into it. I want to go back to the roots I had forgotten. I want to cook over fire. I want to share my passion for nature with other people and enjoy cooking through play and fellowship.

And I'm looking forward to maybe bringing you along.
